If you're ready to jump in and work together, here are some guidelines to help you make sure we have a great working relationship!
COMMUNICATION
Please use email as our main place to communicate. Please DO NOT use social media messengers and or text messages, unless we’ve asked for it. Please give me up to 24 hours to respond.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Business hours 9am - 5pm (ET). If you send an email after hours, it will be returned the next business day.
SESSIONS
If you have scheduled a session, please take the time to focus in and on that session. Please make sure you have reliable Wifi. Do not schedule a session for a time when you are driving or in a place where Wifi can not support a screen share on Zoom.
TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES
The biggest issues clients have is with time management and tech support. PLEASE DO NOT wait until the last minute to book a session. We can not deliver you the same results as if I had proper lead-up time. We can not offer tech support.
REFUNDS
Sometimes things don't work out. It happens. We do not offer refunds for the hours/sessions we’ve worked. We’re happy to refund you in full for the hours/sessions we didn't work up to 30 days. No Refunds after 30 days.
CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Life is messy and things come up! We totally get it! In the booking email, you'll receive there will be buttons to cancel or reschedule! Just do it! We’ll get an email that you've rescheduled.
